1. What happens if I missed the order cutoff date?

2. What happens if I got two confirmation e-mails?

In most cases when this occurs, the "back" button was most likely clicked. Please send an inquiry e-mail to greekclick@greekbox.com and we will see if you placed multiple orders.


3. Why was I charged even though my credit card was declined?

The declining of a card is typically the result of the input of an incorrect billing address. When this happens, some banks still process the charge, however they reverse it within 72 hours. If the charge still appears on your account after 72 hours, please send an e-mail inquiry to greekclick@greekbox.com.
